buster gets worse

my poor dog buster was in a serious condition with his heart hes a long haired chihuahua mix and hes 7 years old right now. buster used to have episodes about twice a day
episodes= heart attacks
and he would just suffer so much and i would feel so sorry for him and i wanted to be him so his pain could go away but that wasnt gonna happen cause theres no way. so recently he got worse he wasnt eating and he got so bony from already being bony, we new he was suffering and he would die soon if we didnt feed him buster woldnt even get up to drink water and 1 night he went outside to got to the bathroom and it took forever for him to go to the door to come back in so i was told to go see if he was ok and i see him laying down on the floor on his poo and i was also told to pick him up so i scooped him up not realizing he was on poo so when iset him down inside i looked at my hands caue they felt wet and cold and i see it my hands are yellow so i ammediately go to the sink and wash my hands twice and put hand sanitizer on and my hands still smell like poo but at least i was clean. so now buster has taken a serious climb for the good he is almost totally better and hes eating and drinking so now when i feel his back spine all i feel is skin hes getting fatter in a good way and he has more energy im so proud of him!
